Alina Basics shipping & return policy
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. We will also accept returns of items for reasons other than mentioned above provided the return request is submitted up to 30 days after purchase. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. If you wish to return an item, please provide an electronic return authorization found in your account history under Completed Orders (see below). Once a return has been authorized, we will e-mail you a return label.
Please note we don't accept returns of products on sale. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchange.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase (excluding shipping costs). In case the return exceeds more than the 50% of the total, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. We do not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. If returned item(s) meet all the above requirements, your return will be processed within 3 to 4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been credited. Please allow any additional time your bank may require to process the refund to your account.
We’re unable to process returns for intimate apparel items that have been worn. All intimate apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Want to return an item? Follow these simple steps.
-Log in to your account
-Under "My Account", click on "Completed Orders".
-Next to the order number, click on “Return Items”.
-Select the items you'd like to return, choose a Reason for Return, and a Return Action.
-Click "Submit Return Request”
-Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with a return shipping label.
-Once we receive your return, we will either refund your credit card or credit your account. You will receive an email confirmation.
